Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

At Momentum Society, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer options for returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal / Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. This applies to all customers, regardless of country of residence.

For U.S. Customers

U.S. customers are eligible for a 30-day return period, beginning the day the order is delivered. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.

For French Customers

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, French customers benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, as part of our customer commitment, we extend this right to 30 days. This withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@momentum-society.co. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or the return is due to our error.

For Spanish Customers

In accordance with Spanish consumer law, customers are entitled to a minimum 14-day return period. At Momentum Society, we go further by offering a 30-day return period for all Spanish customers. The return period begins upon receipt of the order.

2. Exchanges & Refunds

You may request an exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@momentum-society.co with your order number and the reason for your return.

After 30 days, we can no longer process exchanges or refunds.

You may choose:

  • An exchange for another size or item (subject to availability)
  • A store credit valid for a future purchase
  • A full refund for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs

Returned products must be received by us within 30 days of your initial return request.

3. Condition of Returned Products

All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Returned within the allowed time period

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or refund.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Momentum Society is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified by email once your refund is issued.
