Order Process & Tracking

Once you’ve placed your order, here’s what to expect:

Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Didn’t receive it? Please check your spam folder, or contact us at info@momentum-society.co

Shipping Notification
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive another email with a tracking link to follow your package.

Out for Delivery
You’ll be notified when your order is on its way to your address.

Delivered
A final email will confirm that your order has been delivered.

Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to prepare and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 48 hours, contact us at info@momentum-society.co.

For international delivery, feel free to email us.

Please note that certain U.S. destinations — including Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Palau, and Pacific Armed Forces — are subject to a different shipping rate of $19.95 due to their remote location. Delivery usually takes between 6 to 9 business days.
